Would recommend opening a defect with the TAC on that as a discrepancy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are some examples here on phone number formatting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;https://communities.cisco.com/docs/DOC-64018#jive_content_id_SelfRegistration&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>ISE SMS Gateway Phonenumber format</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi there, i have a Customer using an ISE and Self Register Guest Portal. The userdata are send by SMS. At the Moment the Guest has to enter the Phone number in 00(Countrycode) but the most Guests are using the common format +(countrycode). At the moment the common format doesnt work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my opinion the SMS Gateway should be able to convert the common format to the 00 format or am i wrong? This is on my idea a normal case. Every Phone-Server does the same...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So am i right or not?
