ISE 2.3 Application server initializing issue

Hi,

I have installed ISE 2.3, but one of the 3595 appliance is stuck on Application Server Initializing satate and not proceeding to running status.

DNS , Time zone and NTP settings were changed and this issue started. This node was a primary node, then I changed it to secondary, but issue was still there. Then I re installed this node and the other primary node, but issue still not resolved. I have changed it to PSN and issue is still there. I have used application stop ise and application start ise commands, but issue is not resolved.

Please let me know if this is a bug or if some one knows the resolution. Thanks

How did you “reinstall” the node? Just curious what steps you took.

If not already done, please engage Cisco TAC. As George said, we need to know exactly what is done and when, and check various system and application logs on the ISE nodes.

This issue has been resolved by re-setting the configuration.

#application reset configuration ise

In ISE Gui node was showing unregistered, but when use

#sh tech-support

it was showing still as a secondary PAN.
