      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless M&amp;amp;T is also a PSN, M&amp;amp;T does not issue RADIUS CoA directly to the network devices. Instead, M&amp;amp;T will look for the PSN owning the endpoint sessions and direct the requests to the PSN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
