I am looking for the way to get user name and his ip address and username by Reports (it must be csv file, FTP).

I have 2 question.

Q 1. Could you let me know the Reports which shows web/dot1x auth user name and his ip address.
(Now I am thinking Radius Accounting Report. Please let me know this is not the right one.)

Q2. I would like to schedule the Q1 report. Is it possible to take it as .csv file?

Yes, the RADIUS Accounting Report shows this

Q2. I would like to schedule the Q1 report. Is it possible to take it as .csv file?

Absolutely. At the top right of the Report Page, there is a button marked Schedule. Click this

Choose your schedule frequency and repository (Make sure you have your FTP Set up as a Repository), and this will be sent as a .csv file.
