We are deploying ISE 2.2 and fully functional and working. There are users and endpoints actively connected but on the main dashboard all counters are seen as 0. Has anyone had an issue like that?

Thanks

Cafer

Hi,

Did you try updating to SP1?

This seem to be something new. Do a “sh application status ise” to see that the services are up and try restarting the service?

I see the patch 1 fixed the following issue

CSCvc71193<https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvc71193>

Inconsistent number of active endpoints displayed on dashboard after backup and restore from ISE 2.1.

Please see the ISE 2.2 release notes for further information.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-2/release_notes/ise22_rn.html#pgfId-746713

But, if these are done already and if it is a production system, please call TAC.

Thanks

Krishnan

We saw something like this with some of the counters, mostly guest and active endpoints. Ended up being a licensing issue. We had the profiling persona checked (had all personas checked in 90 day demo) that had since expired/removed, but only had base licensing at the time. We unchecked profiling and the counters started to go up. We have since added all licensing and turned profiling back on. Issue has not returned.
