Guest account data privacy concern

Dear all,

Our ISE customer is being questioned by audit team how to fulfill the guidance of personal data collection.

- Ensure that guest information are not kept longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is used.

Guest information like name, mobile number have to be deleted completely from ISE regularly, like every 30 days.

We found that guest information can be found in guest master report even the log passed the day specified by local log purge setting or delete manually.

Is there a way to select what information is kept on guest master report? or we need to schedule a job to delete the guest master report?

Another discussion on the same topic -- ISE local logs purge settings

To shorten the duration of any reports, we need to adjust the retentions for operational data at Administration > System > Maintenance > Operational Data Purging. The local log setting is for the local store logs and has no impact on reporting.
