Splash page asks the user: Name Email Person-being-visited’s email address But, instead of using the below feature to send the person-being-visited an email, the customer wants to have ISE check the person-being-visited email address against LDAP just to see if it exists, and if it’s does, let the user on (without using an API). They are currently doing exactly this with Clearpass. The below options for validating the ‘person visiting’ are manual… They want this automated, if the address is valid, let them on.

Not a current function

So there is no authentication at all just find a valid user and you're on? This is the 1st time I heard of this

We have been asked to lookup the sponsor via ldap and then notify for approval

Yes. find a valid user and you are on. We have two large customers doing this with Clear Pass and they want the same functionality in ISE.
