    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are in a middle of a PoV wherein the sponsor based guest management is showing inconsistent behavior wherein the mail is received by the sponsor with the approval link but the same is not clickable from the mail body but shows as a normal text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any configuration required at the ISE or mail server end for the same?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate any inputs on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yogesh Madhekar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The mail server would need to make sure the format is HTML format otherwise a click link wouldn't work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mail client would need to accept HTML as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise user would have to copy paste&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being a PoC the revert we have got is that at the customer end the hyperlink doesn't appear in the mail body instead appear as plain text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems to be some local issue or application setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
