      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have enabled IBM BIG FIX installation check as shown below.&lt;IMG alt="Screen Shot 2017-02-04 at 12.54.20 PM.png" class="image-1 jive-image" src="/legacyfs/online/fusion/104427_Screen Shot 2017-02-04 at 12.54.20 PM.png" style="height: 283px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But this condition fails even if end system has IEM client running. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hence want to understand, what exactly this check verifies on end system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
