    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a scenario where we have installed patch 3 on an ISE 2.0 distributed deployment where most nodes were successful however 2 PSNs were not online during the patch install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that the 2 PSNs are back online, can we still invoke patch 3 install for the remaining 2 PSNs through the GUI without affecting the already installed nodes or do we need to perform this install through CLI for these 2 remaining nodes ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems the two nodes were offline for some significant amount of time. I would suggest to install the patch from ISE admin CLI and perform manual sync-up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
