The protal page cannot be reached by the terminal.

Hi,everyone

I configured protal on ISE and redirected to ISE via WLC.The protal page's certificate is valid.The redirect list includes all traffic matching ISE and all DNS traffic.
When a terminal accesses the SSID, sometimes the portal page cannot be retrieved, the resulting page is blank, and the ISE address cannot be paged.If the portal page is retrieved normally, the ping task is normal.

When this takes place, it is for all endpoints or arbitrary. Also, do you
have any device between ISE and endpoint that block requests (such as
firewall)?

The network is composed as follows: endpoint - AP - wlc - ISE.No some device is deployed between the endpoint and the ISE.

If you’re having intermittent problems with access the guest portal I would recommend working with tac to troubleshoot where exactly the breakdown is occurring

Make sure to be running recommended release of ise and your wireless controller to start
