    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're using Cisco ISE 2.3&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cannot login when im using new user ce3-iseu.But im able to login using our old user it-iseu and ce-iseu, We're getting an error "there are currently no login servers available to service the logon request". What are the possible problem and resolution?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>try to get the output of show application status ise from cli and check if&lt;BR /&gt;any service is having problem. Also, check if you have expired certificates&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What Identity store does this user live in? Perhaps user connectivity to your AD is down?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please work through the TAC troubleshooting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
