Unable to login using new user "there are currently no login servers available to service the logon request"

Hello everyone,

We're using Cisco ISE 2.3

I cannot login when im using new user ce3-iseu.But im able to login using our old user it-iseu and ce-iseu, We're getting an error "there are currently no login servers available to service the logon request". What are the possible problem and resolution?

try to get the output of show application status ise from cli and check if
any service is having problem. Also, check if you have expired certificates

Have you checked your logs? What does it say?

What Identity store does this user live in? Perhaps user connectivity to your AD is down?

Please work through the TAC troubleshooting
