topic User Identity- Trasparent Mode doesn't work in Network Access Control

Hello,

i have some problem with User Identity configuration on asa 5506.

I configured all the steps, and the interface bvi interface too. The bvi interface configured with a network /20.

First question:

Why the comunication between asa and adagent on server wotks if the BVI interface is configured with a /24 mask? Not insted if it has a /20 subnet mask?

what can i see on firewall to understand why the user identity doesnt work?

thanks

What bvi interface are you referring to ?

Can you ping the ad agent server, in both scenarios?
