ACS-AD Integration Showing wrong attribute

Hi,

We have active directory integration. We have made changes in the Group name for IT administrators.

I am able to select the same group in the AD integration.

But when i try to put in the policies for verification, for the same group its failing.

When i see the logs/reports the other user attribute is showing the old group name.

Where i have checked on the local machine of the user the name has been updated but its not fetching correctly in the ACS.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

Hi Nitesh,

Are you using Google Chrome browser to make configuration changes on ACS? Google chrome is not a supported browser for ACS. I would suggest to restart the ACS services using the command "acs stop" and then "acs start". Check "sh application status acs" for services to be in running state.

Open the ACS GUI in the supported browser either IE or Firefox according to the release notes for your ACS version. Try authentication again.
