AAA go straight to privilage mode

hello every one i have a 3850 switch i recently configured AAA on it

now i have this question in radius config i say shell:priv-lvl=15 but it wont send me straight to privilege mode how can i achieve that i have windows 2012 R2 acting as my radius server

Can you provide the specifics of how you have configured AAA on the 3850? In particular are you doing authorization?

i have configured both authentication and authorization and my 3850 is a client

Do you have the authentication exec commands on your VTY lines? In addition to the aaa authorization commands you also need the authorization exec commands.

for example.

line vty 0 4
authorization exec default
login authentication default
length 0
transport input ssh
