Configurational and operational backup always stuck at 20% .

even after upgraded multiple times .

Tried only configuration ,same problem .

By the way it is secondary node .

Thanks

Hi,

If I want to power off the ise appliance ,

Is it ok just run the command "application stop ise "

then manually power off the device ?

Thanks

Imp > Before you shutdown the ISE node, take a configuration and operational backup.

The correct way to shut down an ISE node is
1. Application stop ise
2. Halt

halt :Disables or shuts down the Cisco ISE server.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-3/cli_guide/b_ise_CLIReferenceGuide_23/b_ise_CLIReferenceGuide_23_chapter_011.html

Anyhow, in my environment, when the VM was powered on the services were up and running again without any input from my side. Hoping this would help someone else!
