Has anyone managed to have this resolved?

I have come across this issue also on version 2.3.0.298, installing patch 4 across my cluster (6 reporting and 2 admins)

They have all taken the patch howver the main admin server is failing to start the application service.

I have rebooted the unit several time, stop/start services, started service in safe mode and had no joy on any of them
