Registration failed during the sync between ISE node

I have total three SNS 3595 & one of them are Primary PAN & other one is PSN & one is MNT. while registering the node is successful but after restart the service automatically & few min latter its shows registration / sync failed please deregister & register again.

Getting error after successfully joined the ISE node to Primary PAN

below are the error

what is your ISE version, do you have solution?

I see this is old thread. This should be worked thru tac to debug but do post results if able to help others
