I have reimaged multiple times UCS and reinstalled ISE. The easiest way is create a DVD and then use Daemon Tool Lite. When you run Daemon, map the DVD on your pc which contains the image software, after that, reboot the ISE Server, press F6 to boot from DVD, select the corresponding option, press enter and just follow the process.

BEFORE doing the above, check the following links below for configuring the connection between laptop and CIMC.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/servers-unified-computing/ucs-c200-m1-high-density-rack-mount-server/111455-setup-cimc-c-series.html

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/servers-unified-computing/ucs-c-series-rack-servers/210529-Assigning-Cisco-Integrated-Management-Co.pdf

If you have a KVM, connect it into the ISE Serial port in the back, reboot the server, press F8 and configure the CIMC port using the keyboard. Once that configuration is completed, configure the laptop with an IP in the same subnet as the CIMC, connect it to CIMC Port and use ping for verification. Once the connectivity is established, reboot one more time the server, press F6 and proceed with the image installation as explained at the top.

At the end, my suggestion is to configure all the ISE CIMC ports, so you can do any software installation with no additional issues.
