Hello Guys,

i have problem with Ip address of users whom authenticate to cisco ISE 2.3, in our environnement i would like to have no change on the ip address of client machine (configuration have been implemented on the cisco prime DHCP server [ip/mac]) but in our case the ip address of the machine change after authentication.

Any idea to resolve the problem !

Regards,

If you are not changing vlans once authenticated, i don't see why your client would get a new ip address. What type of clients is this, and how are you authenticating them, and what authorization attributes are you sending?

thank you for your answer!

authorization profile : just vlan user affected to client authenticated.

i noticed that user lost connection to the network many time after locking their session.
