ISE internal CA revoke certificate error.

We are working on using ISE as a CA and have successfully issued certificates, but are running into an error on revoking them.

When we attempt to revoke the certificate we get the attached error in ISE.

Please advise,

I requested a demo license for apex and was able to revoke the license, I assume this a requirement, but couldn't find specific documentation until I found this bug:
