I have an acs 5.8 installed in a virtual machine
I want to configure it to stop their operation automatically during the weekend and automatically restart also every Monday

I don't know wheather we have this option on ACS, but you may achieve that with your vCenter.

when creating an authorization rule in the ACS, there is a time and date option
we can not find the solution in this option ??

Yes,

I think you can define time and date on policy element and then use it on your policy rule.
