You should contact your school IT support desk. They will need the MAC address of your device and any additional information you can provide (assigned IP address, screenshots of the flow, etc) that might assist them.

So up until a couple of days ago, I've been able to access the internet through the ethernet jacks in my school's dorm room. Usually when things are going right, I'll plug in the cord, and it will immediately open up a login page in my browser, I'll login, type in a device name, and press next. Then it will prompt me to download the Network Setup Assistant, which will then ask me to install a Cert Authority. Once I have done so, the wizard will show Success! and I'll be redirected in my browser to the success page.

But recently, this hasn't been working. When the NSA wizard finishes, there is no redirect on my browser and I still cannot connect to the internet. Is this a problem on my side or the server's. If it's my side, how do I fix it? If it's server-side, what should I tell the IT Desk to help me solve this?
