dear all. i am preparing ccnp. i am practicing cisco ise on eve-ng. i have added one switch one CA server, DC server, and ISE. i configured switch for authentication. a have added ISE's ip address to switch in order to see some logs from switch. When i connect win7 computer to switch, in the switch cli i see log that shows it is failed to be authenticated. but i dont see anything on ISE Radius Livelog. could you please tell me where i made mistake. I guess ISE not sync with switch. I am new on ISE and try to learn.

Hi,

1. Post your AAA configuration and port condiguration from the switch.
2. How do you want to perform authentication, using EAP/802.1x or MAB?
3. Here’s a very good guide for Wired kmplementation with ISE:

https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-secure-wired-access-prescriptive-deployment-guide/ta-p/3641515

Regards,
Cristian Matei.
