It seem that I can not export any network devices when I am sorting those devices by a filter. I am running ISE 2.6 patch 5. I've tried different browsers all with the same result.

Hi,

Do you get any error messages or it just doesn't do anything? Have you tried Internet Explorer 11.x?

Regards,

Cristian Matei.

I was able to filter the network device Name by a single letter (46 of 122 matched) then sort by IP address and Export.

The exported CSV file matched exactly what was onscreen.

Please be very explicit about what you clicked or filtered on and the exact error message for us to provide comments.

Hi Ping,

The filed defect only applies if the "Description field" is empty.

The below defect has been filed for this issue:

CSCvt99388: Export of NAD is not working when the "Description" field is Empty

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvt99388,

However it will take some time to be externally visible.

TY Dmitry, @30 network devices profiles had to be deleted followed by re-adding them.
These devices had TrustSec or snmp attributes set.
These attributes were the common denominator as to why I couldn't export these profiles into an excel file.

Didn't fully understand the impact to the root/oracle procedure so I was nervous to go down that path.
Good to close.
