It's worth adding the following:

There is no end-user Admin license. You have base/plus/apex to choose from, depending on your needs. Each plus/apex requires a base license.

Your BOM will change drastically depending on your topology. Installing all personas on a single ISE server is definitely possible with one 3655 server, but you wouldn't have any HA or DR. You should take a look at the ISE network deployment chapter and decide from there what your BOM should look like: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-6/install_guide/b_ise_InstallationGuide26/b_ise_InstallationGuide_26_chapter_00.html

You'll want to take a look at this to make sure your topology matches your sizing demands in case your sizing needs to be updated. 2500 sessions isn't much, but you should know where to look: https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-performance-amp-scale/ta-p/3642148#toc-hId--1749350694

Hello,

We are planning to install 2 ISE servers in UAE. Can advise how to get BoM for SNS-3655 ISE appliance (HW + SW) with 2500 End users licenses (Base + Admin)?
