Hello everybody

I would like to Cisco ISE HA with Smart License. Two Cisco ISE with one is Primary PAN and other Secondary

Our Company have 1000 users with one session for any user

How many Base Smart License are required ?

How many Base Smart License are required ?
-Base licenses are consumed in a one-to-one ratio. So in theory if you have 1000 clients you would require 1000 base licenses. Base licenses enable the following features:
-Basic network access: AAA, IEEE-802.1X
-Guest services
-Link encryption (MACSec)
-TrustSec
-ISE Application Programming Interfaces

My question is i have two ISE and do i need two base smart license for each ISE ?

in the Cisco CCW when i choice base license for ISE, in the first step must choice number and then select part number

No. You will register your PAN and share the licenses. Consumption can be viewed in the ISE PAN once active sessions are started. See here for more detail: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-4/admin_guide/Workflow/b_license_2_4.html
