ISE (Identity Services Engine) 2.2 Doesn't save network device profiles settings

Identity Services Engine

Good day. I am trying to add a custom network device profile.

The profile is created but settings are not saved inside it. (See attachment)

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

My account is in the superadmin group.

ISE

Version:

2.2.0.470

Patch Information:

5,9,10,12

Installing patch 16 solved the problem

This is the known defect on ISE 2.2 P12:

It is fixed in ISE 2.2 P14.

In case you're not aware, I just wanted to add that ISE 2.2 has passed the End of Routine Maintenance milestone as per this Product Bulletin. You should strongly consider upgrading to a newer version for future support and longevity.
