Thanks. I expected the same but wanted to check with the community. I am just waiting to hear something on the TAC Support question as well.

One of my customer's Apex licenses are up for renewal on 15th of Oct 2020. Need confirmation on the following:

Can they renew their Term Base Plus/Apex Cisco ISE licenses on the Version 2.3 (which is EoS)?

Is it possible to receive an add-hoc support from Cisco TAC on version 2.3 for the inflight projects? If there is any Break/Fix required in the mean time before customer is upgraded to 2.6 or later this year.

Customer is ready to buy the support but the condition is it should be supported by TAC.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Regards,
Anshul

- Following the solving remarks from this thread , it seems that you can just replace the particular license on the eos-ise (too) :

This is not so much of a question for the public community here, but rather an internal question for the BU. ISE 2.3 reached the End-of-Support milestone on 17 June 2020, so there would be no further development effort spent on this release.

As such, I would expect TAC will no longer support this version. If you are seeking an exception, I would suggest having the customer account team raise this with the BU via the internal https://cs.co/ise-pm forum.
