Hello everyone

I am using Cisco Wlc 2504 and Cisco ISE 2.4 in my environment right now. I have a remote location what is connected to my main location. Recently I have installed and configured one more AP at my remote location in Flex Connect mode. I have configured authorization of remote location SSID with ISE, but for some reason users randomly get disconnected.

What could be the issue here?

There are many reasons.

1. provide the version WLC code - AP Model and core running.

2. How many effected

3. how many users per AP connected if all working ?

4. how is your network stability ?

1. Let me confirm
2. Right now I connected only 3 users for testing, and randomly those 3 users got disconnected
3. Right now hardly 1-2
4. Yes I did ping my switch at remote site, no packet loss

My recommendation would be to run some debugs from the WLC for the client/s having the issue. Should be something along these lines:

debug mac addr ####
debug client <mac>
debug aaa all enable

debug disable all
