Handshake exception error when generating CSR or Uploading Certificate

Hi Team,

Good day.

I have been trying to generate a CSR from a ISE but whenever the page is accessed I am getting the attached error message.

This ISE is the secondary unit and I am not having any issues on the primary unit when trying to access it.

The ISE is running on version 1.1.3.124 (Version 13).

Troubleshooting done so far:

- Tried different browsers with different security settings.

- Tried a combination of cipher settings -

- Reloaded the ISE.

- Tried different version of Java ( 1.7.x and 1.8.x)

Hope someone can shed some light on this issue.
