I'm not going to spend much time on this since you already filed a TAC case and do not want to duplicate effort.

Verify your phones' browsers (Android/Chrome, iOS/Safari, Firefox, Brave, other???) are in fact submitting either of these browser locale's which ISE should be detecting and showing the appropriate portal:

Scenario - 1 - Working as expected

1) phone language - English,

2) guest portal language selected - English

3) result - once user gets connected to SSID , user should only see a text box called "passcode" , once user entered passcode in text field received via email then user can able to connect to WIFI. refer to attachment-1

Scenario - 2 - not working as expected. ( all text in Chinese )

1) phone language - Chinese

2) guest portal language selected - English

3) result - once user gets connected to SSID , user can see additional text box called "username" along with "passcode". refer to attachment - 2. now issue is we don't have any username to enter but we only have passcode to enter which was received via email. hence user cant able login as not don't have username. problem is - why "username" text box is appearing when phone language is set to Chinese? why not ISE using same guest portal as scenario - 1 ?

is there any solution where phone language with Chinese can use to same guest portal as scenario - 1 ? i have raised TAC request but they seeing this 1st time so no solution yet.
