Hi Everyone,

Today I deployed the dot1x authentication and posture check policy in one of my branch location.

Problem - Authentication get failed.And in live logs username showing anonymous.

Authentication failure reasons in ISE live log - Subject is not found in applicable identity store's.

T-shoot done - I had checked with AD team.User/host name is present in AD.

I m attaching SS collected from ise live log.
kindly help me out to resolve this...

Check the AD-plaform's logs and verify if any authentication actions have been done against team.User/host name

Hi,

at Administration > Identity Management > External Identity Sources > Active Directory > select you AD.

Use the Test User button to check the user.

Username found successfully.
