Cisco ACS redirect

Hello everyone,

Quick question, we are in the process of shutting down our ACS along with the SSID that are still using them, our team would like to create a splash page once the user authenticates with 802.1x, I created the auth profile on the ACS, is there anything else needed to do on the ACS, or is the rest of the work on the wireless controller? I cannot really find documentation, but we would like all users to get a splash page once they authenticate telling them the SSID will be shutdown at the end of the month.

I am not sure this you can able to do with ACS, you need to have some of your snap communication how this is pushed to device ?

if the user using to Log Guest portal, if not the user not able get push notification from ACS as i am aware.

A lot of documentation I’ve seen points back to the radius as sending the redirect to the device.

how is your user authenticating ? (certificate and AD ?) or using portal ?

It is AD auth (radius).
