Where did you upgrade AnyConnect - on an ISE deployment, on an ASA or on a PC or Mac?

Which configuration file are you asking about? There are several across all of those platforms.

After I upgraded AnyConnect from 4.6 to 4.9, the configuration file went missing. Is this a bug or am I missing something in the upgrade process?

Can I use the configuration file from 4.6?

Where did the file go missing from? The PC? And did you use webdeploy?

I have seen it go missing from PCs before when using webdeploy, and it is due to how windows handles the installation. Some PCs had no issues while the majority did have issues.

you can expot the profile from ASA and paste it to the PC.

our solution for this was to use SCCM to deploy AnyConnect to clients
