BYOD Problems with Android devices

Hi all,

I'm currently facing problems to integrate Android devices to ISE BYOD Process.

Android version : 4.4.2

ISE version : 1.4

WLC version : 8.0.110.0

I have tested both, url and ip solutions to permit communication to play.google.com.

In both solutions i have the same result, i can access play.google.com url (site accessible but just in text mode).

List of url configured :

- play.google.com

- java.com

- play.googleapis.com

- play.l.google.com

List of ip networks :

- 173.194.0.0/16

- 74.128.0.0/16

- 74.125.0.0/16

Impossible to download Cisco Agent from play.google.com.

I have tested same device in open wireless SSID and it can connect to play.google.com without any problem.

So problem seems to be in BYOD process, perhaps in some new Google or url networks.

Do you have some informations related to this problem?

Hi there, can yo please post a screenshot of the AIR-ACL that you use for the android provisioning. Please post both the IP based entries and the DNS based entries.
