ISE admin access menu - Identity admin problem

Hi all,

i'm just facing a very strange problem with the ISE Identity admin role and Admin Access menu. i have an AD group of a NOC users, members in this group suppose to be able to view, edit and create ISE local network Users and Endpoints. under the Policy this group assigned a "Identity admin menu access + Identity admin data access" permissions.

so far every thing worked good tell recently, i can't tell if any changes happend but the NOC users or any new user (internal/external) who has this permissions can't view the users by clicking " users" on the left side of the page.

at the same time the users are view-able by clicking on "Group" menu and choosing the group.

with the Endpoints it work as expected.

do you guys have any idea what could it be? to me it looks like a bug but i'm not rushing to upgrade the ISE.

the current version is 1.3.0.876 with 2 ISE nodes as a virtual appliance.
