Cisco ISE API.

Hey all. I know that Cisco ISE exposes an API so I push/pull information from ISE via its API. What I want to know is can Cisco ISE make API calls? Say I have a server and I want Cisco ISE to pull guest credentials from it via an API call from ISE to the server - is that possible?

Note: In my example the server is not able to make the API call to ISE to "push" these guest credentials.
