ISE indexing engine services failed

Since I failed to take configuration data backup while able to take operation data backup, I tried below command on both of PAN and SAN at CLI.

application configuration ise

After the success of above command on PAN, I confirmed ISE indexing engine services is running with the command "show application status ise".

-ISE Indexing Engine running 50237

However, when I did same things on SAN, SAN said

Is reset indexing engine done on Primary Adming Node(pan-01) [ Y/N ] :Y
Verifying ISE indexing engine services on Primary Admin Node
- Failed
ISE indexing engine service seem to be down on pan-01
Starting monit services
- Done
Reset of Context Visibility failed

On PAN, the ISE indexing engine services is actually running, but SAN can not verify ISE indexing engine services on Primary Admin Node

As a result, I can not take configuration data backup so far.

Is there anyone who can help me solve this problem?

The DNS and NTP are configured correctly.

please take a look at: ISE 2.3 Rest/Sync Context Visibility.

Note: please reload the PPAN and SPAN and follow the steps of the link above.

thanks. I did as you advised. But the Secondary PAN say Primary PAN Index service engine seems to be down.

I guess this problems is caused by certification issues.
I will check my certification.
