Hi Team - using ISE for device admin (but need BOTH RADIUS as well as TACACS) to auth NAD's… does the customer need Essentials for the NAD count from a licensing perspective?? Thanks and kind regards, Dave.

You need total device count (not matter either you use Radius or TACACS)

Yes, you would need Base/Essentials for the RADIUS protocol.
