Android OS v12 BYOD process not working with ISE version 2.6 patch 10 but working for android OS lower than v12 ! why? any idea why?

You need to look for Logs ? is this ISE side issue or Wireless ?

I would recommend working with TAC on this one as it seems to possibly be bug related, and there is not a lot of shared information to better assist.

Yes wirless, Cisco controller , here some screenshot , you see that ISE can see all android versions till 11, but not able to see V12.
