Anyone having issues installing 3.0 patch 5? Getting the Patch file is not in the correct format error on the GUI. I can see other posts relating to the hotffix but i got that installed on the CLI with no issues.

I've done it very recent on multiple deployments with no issues at all. It could be something wrong with connectivity that might corrupt the file while it is being uploaded to ISE through the GUI.

-Like @Aref Alsouqi , I also have had no issues with applying p5 to a 3.0 cluster. Perhaps try applying the patch via cli.

Hi, I had the same issue and got it to work by re-downloading the patch 5 file once again from Cisco.com ... it could be the MD5 hash got corrupted during your download.
