      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you install the latest patch? if not I would highly recommend you apply the latest patch which should be patch 5 as of today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen the same issues with 3.0p5.&amp;nbsp; My only advice is to try multiple browsers and/or work with TAC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
