Why can some terminals on ISE see a complete access log for nearly a month? Why do some terminals have nothing（

I can see the access information of the day on the live log, but I can't find it anywhere after 24 hours），In the following figure, one is abnormal and the other is normal.

ISE Version is 2.7.0.356

You did not provide enough information for us to reproduce your problem.

You did not tell us what report you ran or what livelog data you clicked on in order to generate these screens.

They are the same time range but they may be filtering on different attributes so there may not be any examples.

You need to be very clear how you generated these reports.
