ISE Node registration failed/warning

ise 2.7 patch 2 node is behind a firewall but cant register or sync

the firewall has the ports open

see attached for image

any idea im thinking of restarting it but i have a small window for this change and if there are any ideas be grateful for the help

please try the following command to check the sync up issue:

ise/admin# show logging system ade/ADE.log tail

Hi,

@Marcelo Moraisand @Charlie Moreton thank you for your help.

The node is working and accessible and the relevant ports are open. I restarted the node, and synched but the same outcome. I deregistered performed an application reset-config and added the registered node back it was successful. To anyone who does this:

when you prompted select Yes for factory reset and server certificates. ade os will keep backups but clears the database without reimaging to factory defaults. I did hit a bug btw on the cli you cant use hypen (-) but in the gui you can.
