ISE Download log Error "From Date must be within 15 days from today"

when i want generate logs 1 month ago i give this error

Operation > Troubleshoot > Download log

From Date must be within 15 days from today

How can I solve it?

Hi @hamidreza.taghipur ,

please take a look at: Administration > System > Logging > Log Settings, check the Local Log Storage Period > Keep up to.

at Operations > Troubleshoot > Download Logs > select the Node > Debug Logs column ... please check the presence of logs older than 15 days:
