i have configured ISE-PIC that will get users details from my 2 DC and i have FMC that will use those users for ACP. everything seems working until 1 day it suddenly failed and not all users from AD are not mapping to my FMC and FTD.

Hi,

If users are coming to ISE but not FMC, give it a try to reboot FMC and see
if it works. This used to happen very frequently pre 6.7. Post FMC 6.7,
things are stable using PxGridv2

***** please remember to rate useful posts

Hi Sir. I found the culprit. It is caused by the WMI in the windows server. Some updates made by microsoft causes the WMI to malfunction. I found a workaround. Instead using WMI as connector between ISE-PIC and domain controller i used PICAgent and installed it inaide my domain controllers and now everything is working smoothly.
