I am trying to configure radius authentication on a Cisco 2960 switch using Cisco ISE 3.1.

Is there any information you know or know the settings you need to do in ISE 3.1 and the settings you need to do in the Cisco 2960 switch?

However, another problem arose.

When ISE 3.1 Publisher is down, radius authentication and live log check is not possible in standalone. Do you have any data related to this?

Are you coming from a ClearPass background? ISE doesn't operate on the Publisher/Subscriber model. It operates on the persona model. You have Primary and Secondary Admin nodes (effectively Publisher and Standby Publisher), Monitor nodes, Policy Service nodes, and pxGrid persona types.
