&lt;P&gt;hello.&lt;BR /&gt;After installing ISE 3.1, the license was added through Smart License normally, but still the error as shown in the picture is displayed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you actually have those licenses in your smart portal?&amp;nbsp; It appears you do not have enough (or are missing) Essentials and Device Admin licenses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
