ISE 3.1 Patch 3, 4 Installation Error

An attempt was made to patch an ISE 3.1 licensing issue, but a patch error occurred and prevented progress. I would like to know how to solve it.

* Patch 1 was successfully completed as a result of testing.

- Verify md5sum of the patch installation (tar)-file.

There was no more than md5sum.

I agree with @Mark Elsen , it looks like an MD5 issue: " ... Unable to unbundle the package. It should be in tar.gz file format ... "

Please at Cisco ISE Software Download, at ise-patchbundle-3.1.0.518-Patch4-22091704.SPA.x86_64.tar.gz:

verify the MD5 of your file.
